Customer satisfaction is our main motto, so we won’t give any chance to our customer to claim for Refund and Cancellation. But in case, if any of our customers dissatisfied from our services or customer support, then they have the right to cancel the project and request for refund. So, our refund and cancellation policy will be as follows;
As we said, we won’t give any chance to our customers to cancel a project. But, as we’re human being we make mistake. So, if any customer claims for cancellation of any services or project then they must be made the claim within at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
If the request received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period then the claim will be treated as invalid.
We ensure our customers to offer 100% refund guaranty, if any of our customers won’t get satisfaction from our services provided. We guaranty that you’ll like our creativeness and concepts.
After all if you’re requesting refund then we’ll ask you to give the appropriate reason of dissatisfaction or refund request. Finally, after getting the appropriate reason we’ll issue the refund within 15 business days and the refund will be 100% as promised.
In case any clients have made the payment by credit card or debit card, then refunds will be issued to the original name on the particular credit card or debit card provided at the time of purchase of service.
